Although I work across a wide variety of industries and disciplines all of my work is centred on the same key principles. These are to establish clear objectives, define the target audiences, determine the measurement criteria and then decide on the best messages, media and strategy to deliver a succcessful result.
Sometimes this means managing the entire project from conception and research through to delivery and final sign off; other times it means being responsible for just one small element. Sometimes the project is huge and takes months to deliver, other times it can be tiny and delivered in days.
Generally though, my work falls into 5 key areas: commercial tenders, sponsorship, feasibility studies and strategic development, project management (including event management) and, as an additional stand alone service, speech and copy writing.
